Jeff Dunn, CEO, HIT Entertainment
Jeffrey Dunn has been growing organizations and brands for more than twenty years. As CEO, he oversees all of HIT Entertainment's worldwide operations (which span television and video production, publishing, consumer products licensing and live events) and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Dunn is responsible for maximizing the Company's portfolio of award-winning classic preschool brands, including Bob the Builder, Barney & Friends, Thomas & Friends, Angelina Ballerina, Fireman Sam and Pingu and deepening its portfolio of children's entertainment through development and acquisitions.
Prior to joining HIT Entertainment, Mr. Dunn worked at Nickelodeon Networks as the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Executive of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises for more than 12 years.
Mr. Dunn received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration where he was top in his class and his BA with honors from Harvard College.

Peter Byrne, Executive Vice President, International Consumer Products & Home Entertainment
Peter Byrne has more than 20 years experience in both Licensing and Consumer Products. In his current role he is responsible for the Company's international licensing, promotions, brand and retail marketing, home entertainment and creative services. In addition, he is responsible for the Company's Live Events strategy and its theme park ventures.
Prior to joining HIT, Mr. Byrne was Executive Vice President of 20th Century Fox's Global Licensing and Merchandising division. Previously, he was Managing Director, Fox Europe.

Joseph P. Salvo, Senior Vice President and Global General Counsel
Joseph Salvo is responsible for leading HIT's legal and business affairs unit to provide guidance and counsel concerning all of HIT Entertainment's business activities and legal issues that span television and video production, publishing, consumer products licensing and live events across all territories worldwide.
Previously, Mr. Salvo served as Special Counsel at Weil Gotshal & Manges, where he counseled many of the largest internet music service providers on international publishing and sound recording rights issues. In addition, Mr. Salvo spent 13 years working for a combination of Sony Music, Arista Records and Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
Mr. Salvo serves as a Trustee and Secretary of the Copyright Society of the USA, and is an adjunct professor of law at St John's University School of Law in NY. He graduated cum laude and holds a JD from St. John's University School of Law.

Sean S. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, HIT Entertainment
Sean S. Sullivan is responsible for the Company's global financial, legal, human resources and information technology operations. Mr. Sullivan has over 19 years of experience in finance, operations and business development. He most recently served as President of the Commercial Print & Packaging Operations at Cenveo, Inc. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for Cenveo. Previously, Mr. Sullivan served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Spencer Press, Inc.
Mr. Sullivan began his career at Ernst & Young before moving on to senior management and corporate development roles at Burton Capital Management, Moore Corporation Limited and Engage, Inc.
Mr. Sullivan has a BA from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Columbia University and is a certified public accountant.

Alison Homewood, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Television Distribution
Alison Homewood has more than 20 years of experience in the media industry and is responsible for the global distribution of HIT’s portfolio or children’s television shows. Prior to joining HIT in 2005, Homewood spent two years at The Walt Disney Company in the role of VP Film and TV Sales for EMEA and was responsible for distribution sales across the Disney children’s portfolio, ABC Cable network series and feature films for Touchstone, Walt Disney and Miramax. Prior to this, Homewood spent 14 years at the BBC firstly as a negotiator within the Co-productions team and then at BBC Worldwide, the commercial division of the BBC. Homewood also established BBC Worldwide’s first European office in Paris to handle the European distribution of the Company’s productions.

Lenora Hume, Executive Vice President, Production & Programming, HIT Entertainment
Lenora Hume, an award-winning international TV and film executive, began her career in her native Canada 30 years ago. Trained as a cinematographer before moving over to production, Ms. Hume has worked on several award winning film and television series in more than 18 countries and is the recipient of a Daytime Emmy, a Gemini Award and is the 2006 recipient of the prestigious Faculty of Arts Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Waterloo, recognizing her outstanding contribution to the film and television industry.
In her current role, she is responsible for refreshing the existing slate of HIT's preschool entertainment, and manages the global operations and productions in HIT's four studios across the UK and the US. She is also responsible for building new brands through content development, acquisitions and international co-productions.

Pamela Westman, Executive Vice President, Consumer Products and Home Entertainment, The Americas
Pam Westman has nearly 20 years of experience in children's entertainment. In her current role, Ms. Westman is responsible for Consumer Products, Home Entertainment, Retail Development, Marketing and Creative Services in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Westman served as Senior Vice President, HIT Entertainment Canada and Latin America where she managed the Canadian and Latin American divisions of the Company's broadcast sales, home entertainment, licensing & live events businesses.
Before joining HIT, she served as General Manager at Kids Motion where she managed video distribution for a leading Canadian children's video company.
