Jeff Dunn, CEO, HIT Entertainment
Jeffrey Dunn has been growing organizations and brands for more than twenty years. As CEO, he oversees all of HIT Entertainment’s worldwide operations (which span television and video production, publishing, consumer products licensing and live events) and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Dunn is responsible for maximizing the Company’s portfolio of award-winning classic preschool brands, including Bob the Builder, Barney & Friends, Thomas & Friends, Angelina Ballerina, Fireman Sam and Pingu and deepening its portfolio of children’s entertainment through development and acquisitions.
Prior to joining HIT Entertainment, Mr. Dunn worked at Nickelodeon Networks as the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Executive of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises for more than 12 years.
Mr. Dunn received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration where he was top in his class and his BA with honors from Harvard College.

Jim Weight, Chief Financial Officer, HIT Entertainment
Jim Weight is responsible for the company's global financial operations and business development in the UK, US, Japan, Hong Kong and Canada.
Mr. Weight is a seasoned international finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. With extensive experience in private equity, Mr. Weight has worked as an independent executive, spearheading deals for many of the world's leading firms including Apax, Permira, Blackstone and Fortress.
Mr. Weight holds double first class honors from Trinity College, University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Peter Byrne, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Consumer Products
Peter Byrne has more than 20 years experience in both Licensing and Consumer Products. In his current role he is responsible for the Company's worldwide licensing, promotions, brand and retail marketing, and creative services. In addition, he is responsible for the Company's Live Events strategy and its theme park ventures.
Prior to joining HIT, Mr. Byrne was Executive Vice President of 20th Century Fox's Global Licensing and Merchandising division. Previously, he was Managing Director, Fox Europe.

Alison Homewood, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Television Distribution
Alison Homewood has more than 20 years of experience in the international film industry. Presently, Ms. Homewood's focus is on the global TV licensing and co-production of HIT's portfolio of classic preschool brands.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle East at The Walt Disney Company representing Disney children's programming, ABC Cable network series and feature films for Touchstone, Walt Disney and Miramax.
Previously, Ms. Homewood served at Disney as Deputy Managing Director, EMEIA, responsible for licensing the BBC's prestigious portfolio of TV programs, selling the ancillary rights and distributing international channels BBC Prime and BBC Food.

Lenora Hume, Executive Vice President, Production & Programming, HIT Entertainment
Lenora Hume, an award-winning international TV and film executive, began her career in her native Canada 30 years ago. Trained as a cinematographer before moving over to production, Ms. Hume has worked on several award winning film and television series in more than 18 countries and is the recipient of a Daytime Emmy, a Gemini Award and is the 2006 recipient of the prestigious Faculty of Arts Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Waterloo, recognizing her outstanding contribution to the film and television industry.
In her current role, she is responsible for refreshing the existing slate of HIT's preschool entertainment, and manages the global operations and productions in HIT's four studios across the UK and the US. She is also responsible for building new brands through content development, acquisitions and international co-productions.

Philip Ranger, Senior Vice President, International Development
Philip Ranger has had close to 25 years experience in a number of sectors including media, finance and leisure. In his current role he is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company's international Live Events and Attractions business, with a particular emphasis on exploiting our brands in the developing theme park segment. In addition, he is responsible for the strategic direction of corporate communications worldwide as well as managing the brand marketing function on an international basis.

Bill Quinlan, Chairman, HIT Toy Company
Bill Quinlan, Chairman, HIT Toy Company, has more than 30 years of experience in the toy industry, including 15 years at Mattel. As the President of The Arcotoys division of Mattel, Mr. Quinlan oversaw the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of toys to 34 countries. He marketed product based on all Mattel brands, including Barbie and Hot Wheels, as well as product based on Disney's Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse, along with The Lion King and Aladdin movies.
In his current role, he oversees the operations, including development, sales and marketing of the TrackMaster train line for the Thomas & Friends brand.
