| The Role |
|
Manage all web initiatives related to the UK and European businesses, including brand sites and broadcast partner sites. In coordination with the regional brand teams and global digital team define goals and strategies for each site and supervise internal or external site development. Oversee development of web games, virtual worlds, and broadband video schedules and partners.

| Responsibilities: |
|
Develop overall strategy and process for defining and implementing websites across HIT UK and Europe. Work with brand teams to define site objectives and scope. Work with internal and external development teams to estimate cost and timeframe for implementation. Supervise implementation of web sites by internal and external teams. Facilitate testing of sites. Develop content calendar for updating of sites including multi platform promotions, new game releases and broadband video program schedules. Coordinate development of content by internal and external resources. Coordinate development of language-specific versions of HIT sites. Coordinate with business development resources on placement of advertising and sponsorship on HIT sites. Basic trafficking, and ad operations. Manage development schedule for 2 in house developers.

| The ideal candidate will possess: |
|
Well versed in current best practices and industry trends related to childrens entertainment web sites. Strong background working with brand and marketing teams. Strong background working with internal and external web development teams including game developers. Strong knowledge of current web trends, virtual worlds and gaming. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with multiple constituencies within the organization. Strong organizational skills. Project management experience. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Data analysis.

| The Role |

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the servicing of all TV/video licensing contracts, including research, quotations, duplication ordering, project management, administration, etc. The Technical Supervisor also maintains a number of databases, performs QCs and services tape requests.

| Responsibilities: |
|
The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the majority of contract administration (for the Technical department) and global servicing of said contracts (except the US) This involves 1) materials research 2) maintaining various databases and records 3) material co-ordination (creating, recalling, remastering where necessary, shipping). 4) Close liaison between storage facilities, couriers, licensees, post production facilities and the Sales and Legal departments 5) quotations and purchase orders 6) handling client rejections Additional duties: 1) QC of newly produced or acquired material 2) Supervision of one member of staff 3) Fulfilling non distribution related dub requests when required 4) Assisting in the Technical copyroom when required

Support the International Brand Group on marketing related activity which in turn supports the EMEA, Asia and Japan regions. Key Coordinator point for supported brands both internally and externally (Licensees, retail parties etc.)

| Responsibilities: |

Provide key project assistance to the brand managers of Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Barney and other leading childrens brands as well as senior director, international marketing where necessary. Job responsibilities will include trade advertising briefs, consumer advertising briefs, premium coordination, liaising with JimJam Channel, asset request fulfilment, etc. Be main coordinator for licensee summits ensuring smooth running organisation, and liaison with all presentation materials both for summits and distribution afterwards Provide liaison and continuity with the PR group ongoing PR/brand calendars/centralised brand information factoids system. Provide support for DVD only brands (Wiggles, Likeaballs, etc.), including creation of sleeves, approval of TV & print advertising, etc. Manage brand charity movements in conjunction with PR group, including managing events, approving marketing collateral, etc. Provide some administrative support on execution of marketing campaigns where necessary.
