Here's a handy tip to use when making stencils.
You will need:

|
If you need to make a stencil, the best way to cut it out is to start from the edge of the card, and go across and into the stencil shape. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Carefully cut around the inside of the stencil, and you'll get something that looks like this. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Finish off by joining the loose pieces of card up with a single piece of sticky tape. |
