How do you create a perfect square for your artwork? You will need: Paper

Here's a simple trick to help you create a perfect square for your artwork. Take a piece of A4 paper.

Starting at the bottom right corner, fold it diagonally until it reaches the top right corner. Press along the fold. You should have a folded triangle with a rectangle on the left.

Next, fold along the edge of the rectangle, like this...

...then just tear or cut the rectangular flap off.

When you open it out, you'll have a perfect square. Try it yourself!
